This is a pretty funny video. And it has been viewed over 5 million times. The 19,000 comments include everything from a guy who says Bible code reveals that Hillary will be the next president to something about the superiority of black bloodlines.

This video cuts to the quick of America’s conflicts about both race and gender. It hits every stereotype square on the head. And it tells you why this election, of all of them, is so difficult to predict. If this is the underpinning of what’s happening, who can tell what the voters are really thinking. When they get in those secret voting booths will be the first time they have to come to terms with how they really feel.

I’m mesmerized by all this. By the political issues, the race and gender issues, the economic issues, and the huge role the Internet and social media are playing in making all the issues transparent. We are all looking at ourselves, and I’m not sure we like what we see.
