I want to see Part 3. This is fascinating stuff. What you said about walking away from relationships but not from clients is quite an insight. I think about the unpleasant people I put up with in my years of teaching, people I would never have associated with in my personal life, and how insitutional constraints forced these relationships on me. At least as an independent you could “fire” clients. I could never “fire” students.
I did not think about this until I began counseling other entrepreneurs.
