An Ill Wind Blows Entrepreneurs Some Good

by francine Hardaway on November 14, 2008

Look at this beautiful facility that Peter Burns was able to lease for his new eFactory because so many commercial buildings in Phoenix are empty. Startups come in here and have access to free wi-fi, phone, and office equipment.

There’s one conference room that’s like a dark men’s club library with a bar! Like I said, it’s an ill wind that blows no good.

Thank you for the nice mention, Francine and it was terrific seeing you at our prototype efactory and Club E headquarters. Like all good entrepreneurs, I recognize and seize opportunities when I see them and the devastation of the commercial real estate market portends well for entrepreneurs that want to collaborate and have fantastic facilities with all the amenities…at a fraction of the cost of traditional space. Also, we need to pull people out of their home offices once in awhile, so they can interact with other like-minded entrepreneurs in our shared workspace environment. We have a dozen or more eFactory locations under consideration and more property owners and developers approach us every day from across the country. Anyone interested in seeing if the eFactory would work for them, please check out http://www.clubefactory.com and connect with me at pjb@clubefactory.com.

Best to all,
