Michael Gerber thinks that entrepreneurship is a calling, a mission. He thinks business in the next century can and should be transformative. His new business, “In the Dreaming Room,” helps entrepreneurs find their passion and purpose.
Work for the new entrepreneur is to “bring water to every single person on the face of the earth.”
Dream big, think small, act even smaller. That’s why Club E is important. “Whatever we create must be transformational for the people who buy it. Transformation is bigger than change.”
Create a franchise prototype. Create a practice that has a profound effect for one person. Once having created it, then I have a little practice; I can then go out and create and turnkey like Ray Croc did.
Michael is going to do a Dreaming Room for Chabad rabbis. So he’s wearing a yarmulke, covering his head in the face of God.
