Live Blogging from the Stone Soup Seminar

by francine Hardaway on May 8, 2007

This is so cool. I am sitting on the patio of The Tortilla Factory and one guy is presenting a business problem. A dozen others are wildly trying to solve it for him, while happily imbibing and enjoying the sunset. Several people presented problems, each different, and the group made a contribution to each. I think the presenters got great advice, and the advice-givers enjoyed thinking through the problems.
It’s the old fairy tale of the woman who used what she had to make a soup and then everyone contributed to it.

But more important, we got suggestions for how to fund Fasttrac going forward. That was the problem I presented to the group, as our grant from the City of Phoenix expired this year.

This is crowdsourcing at its best.

Props to Sean Tierney for putting this together.

Francine, Maybe other FastTrac providers would like to hear about your funding ideas for the program.
