InfusionSoft is definitely cool.... and I think a lot of that (all of it) has to come from the leadership at the top. Leaders set culture not through written word, bold statements and strategically placed posters... but through their actions. Leading by example -- and how that sets and affects culture -- is more apparent in startup and emerging company environments than anywhere else. (Kudos to you, Clate -- and thanks for supporting the AZ Tech Council and the community).

Thanks for shining a light on this Francine. rnrnI loved reading this post. It inspired me to write a reactionary post to our Infusion Blog. You can check it out here. http://tinyurl.com/yh83b22 I especially love your wording that Infusionsoft u201clooks very much like a software company in Palo Altou201d but located right here in Arizona. There are plenty of interesting, culture-rich companies in Arizona, but you just have to look for them. Theyu2019re out there, and those companies know that you can grow a technology company here in Arizona without having to move it to Silicon Valley.
